Personalized Value-Added Offers Version 1.0 dated July 1, 2022

If you additionally provide us with your explicit consent, we will be able to make you value-added offers from our partners based on your individual use of VREEDA services. In order to do this, we must re-link your usage data, which has been processed pseudonymously for analysis purposes up to the time of your consent, with your person. From the time of your consent, we will then no longer pseudonymize your personal usage data as described in Chapter IX of the Privacy Policy, but will store and analyze it on a personal basis.

However, we will never pass on your personal data to third parties without further explicit consent.

The legal basis for this processing of personal data is your explicit consent pursuant to Art. 6 (1) lit. a GDPR.

You can revoke your consent at any time with effect for the future. To do so, follow the instructions in the app under "My Data". Upon revocation of your consent, from that point forward, your personal usage data collected up to that time will again be pseudonymized and processed separately as described in Chapter IX of the Privacy Policy and analyzed without relating it to your person.
